Windsurfing and laser sailing are popular water sports that train the mental and physical endurance in an exhilarating environment.

The benefits of windsurfing and laser sailing include a full body workout in a high-intensity sport. Participants will have to strengthen their core muscles and utilise the entire body to stay balanced and manoeuvre the sail through the wind and water.
