About New Beginners Flamenco (Spanish Dance)
Join us on Saturdays (1pm) to learn and have fun with the basics of FLAMENCO!
GREAT FOR: This pure beginners class is great for building rhythm and coordination, body awareness. You'll be working on coordination of arms, feet and body, as well as working on dance movement phrases.
This is not a choreographic class, so Beginners can join ANY week; instead you will be working on movement phrases and the basic techniques of flamenco, which is repeated weekly so that pure beginners can gain foundation over time.
SUITABLE FOR:
1. PURE BEGINNERS, with no dance background, and who appreciate spending time to familiarise themselves with rhythms and practise body coordination, through repeated dance movement phrases.
2. Once you have built up an introductory foundation in this Sat 1pm class, you may consider taking up the other classes, such as the Sat 2pm Sevillanas Flamenco or Mon 7.30pm Flamenco , which has choreographic elements.

REGISTATION
Pure Beginners may join ANY Saturday.
$30/h for a trial/single session
$100 for a Dance Card of 4 sessions (valid over 5 weeks)
$200 for a Dance Card of 8 sessions (valid over 12 weeks, + one free class)

7.00-8.30pm (1.5h) Classical Spanish Dance / Elementary
Classes work in Classical Spanish technique, castanets and a choreography based on 'Legend of the Kiss'

By MRT: You can get here via Bugis MRT station (Green & Blue line), and our studio is just 3 mins from the MRT exit!
By bus: There are many buses to North Bridge Road or Victoria St (stop at Bugis Junction mall ;)

FEES
4 classes x (1h): Dance Card of $100 (valid for 5 weeks)
4 classes x (1.5h): Dance Card of $150 (valid for 5 weeks)
8 classes x (1h): Dance Card of $200 (valid for 12 weeks), with 1 free class.
8 classes x (1.5h): Dance Card of $300 (valid for 12 weeks) with 1 free class.
Single classes and Trial Classes = $30
Classes are 1 hour in duration (refer to schedule)
