Yoga Gitas'300 hours Teacher Training Program is a unique opportunity for practitioners to get an in-depth knowledge and experience of Yoga. It is a training platform for Yogis to train them to be efficient teachers and also to train them to live life with happiness and joy at every moment.

During this 300 hours journey we wish to offer you a chance to re live your experiences beyond sense perception, beyond the confinement of this body, to realise the infinite potential of who you actually are.
WHAT OUR COURSE HAS TO OFFER
In this course a very unique and authentic methodology is adopted to take the students deeper into the subject of Yoga. The writings in the ancient philosophical texts like The Patanjali Yoga Sutras are interpreted and explained by our expert teachers and are further implemented in the practice on the Yoga mat.
Practitoners are aided with many useful techniques for this practical implementation . For instance - A multi dimensional approach will be adopted in the practice of postures. To mention some of these dimensions - Practicing postures by bringing effortlessness, approaching Posture practice from the angle of breath, from the angle of Balance and many more diverse angles would be chosen! Practitoners can also look forward to the inroduction of many deeper philosophical concepts,their relevance as well as practical application in the practise of Postures and Pranayamas.
At the same time, students are trained to be efficient yoga teachers. They would learn how to build their own posture series for teaching, how to integrate the teachings of Pranayamas in the class and most importantly how to adapt as per the time and the group.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
The course will be mainly led by Sri Vijay Gopala, Senior Yoga teacher and founder of Yoga Gita. Vijay has been practicing Yoga since his childhood and holds two Master degrees in Yoga and Philosophy respectively. He has profound knowledge of the ancient Yogic texts, practical experience of studying with the Yogis in the the Himalayan mountains and an immense love for the subject of Yoga. Apart from teaching in Mysore, Vijay has been travelling to the west
PRE REQUISITES
Due to the advance level of the course only students who have already completed 200 Hours Teacher Training with Yoga Gita or any other recognised Yogic Institution would be able to participate.
FEES AND OTHER DETAILS
The price for this 6 Weeks Course which begins on January 7th, 2019 is $3000. This price is inclusive of shared accomodation for the period of the course, brunch and dinner on course days as well as a 5 days Spiritual retreat. Single accommodation is possible at an additional cost of $300.
