About Set Menu Indian Cookery Class

Do you want to cook authentic, healthy, delicious Indian food using simple and traditional techniques? Bring Indian cooking to your kitchen in this tasty Indian set menu masterclass, you won't regret it!

This class aims to cover a set menu with one non-vegetarian and one vegetarian main dish accompanied by rice and raita (flavored yogurt). Only fresh/organic ingredients are used in my class and cooking is done by the students themselves making them very hands on. The menu for each class is preset and you will receive the menu a few days prior to the class.

My classes are fun, interactive, appeal to complete beginners as well as serious food enthusiasts and will give you an opportunity to learn not only how to cook delicious home cooked Indian food but also to use spices confidently.

A great way to get introduced to home cooked Indian food with some classic recipes to take away and impress friends and family!

Please note these are not private lessons and there maybe others joining the class with a maximum of 6-8 people per group.

Sample Menus:

MENU 1: Mushroom Matar Masala (Mushroom & Peas cooked in an onion tomato sauce) Palak Murgh (Spinach Chicken) Jeera Basmati Rice (Basmati Rice flavoured with cumin and onion) Pineapple & Mint Raita

MENU 2: Keema Matar (Minced lamb cooked with peas in aromatic spices) Punjabi Dal Fry (Classic North Indian Lentil) Jeera Basmati Rice (Basmati Rice cooked with onion and cumin) Aloo Pyaaz Raita (Yogurt with boiled potato and mint)

MENU 3: Coriander Chicken Curry (Chicken cooked in a paste of coriander, mint and spices) Adraki Aloo Gobi (Cauliflower potatoes cooked in fresh ginger and turmeric) Jeera Basmati Rice (Basmati Rice cooked with cumin and onion) Mixed Vegetable Raita
