This class covers more than just cooking, with hints and tips about advanced preparation, event planning and presenting your dishes perfectly. In this class

Learn to create those amazing tapas you had on your last holiday to Spain from an authentic Spanish chef.

Begin with a welcoming platter of sourdough bread served with olives and crushed tomatoes, then go on to learn how the following dishes are made;

• Spanish tortillas
• Romesco sauce
• Griddled asparagus with manchego cheese and a PX reduction
• Morcilla, piquillo peppers and quail egg
• Prawns pil pil
• Pincho Moruno chicken skewers
• Olive oil and sea salt chocolate pots

Most of these items are vegetarian or gluten free.

Additional tips and tricks, such as how the prepare food in advance and organize great events is given throughout the session, leaving you prepared and ready to host a great tapas night for your friends.
