Held on the grounds of the beautiful and historic Rosalie Mansion, on bluffs high above the Mississippi River.  Live, world-class musical entertainment keeps your feet moving while over 50 hot air balloons drift silently overhead. An on-site carnival and an arts and crafts market make this one of the most family friendly events in the state.In addition to beautiful balloons and great music, we offer a sports tent to keep up with all of the big games in college and professional ball.  To satisfy your hunger, local vendors serve up regional culinary treats, plus we have an Oktoberfest style bier-garden, called Blufftoberfest, featuring a variety of regional craft beers.
