“During the demonstration Pierre will create 1x four-course dessert menu with multiple elements. He will use these desserts as a guide to discuss many facets of my approach to dessert creation. We will explore:
- Creativity and where to find it.
- What makes a dessert degustation cohesive and flow naturally
- How to choose the right technique for the right ingredient.
- Knowing when to keep it simple
Registration Details :
- This is a demonstration class (NOT A HANDS-ON class).
- Class is held from 1.30 pm - 4.30 pm SGT
- The Chocolate Academy Center in Singapore is not a Halal certified kitchen
- Only online payment is accepted and no refunds will be issued
- Once payment is successful, changing of classes is not allowed
- The Chocolate Academy Center Singapore reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforseen circumstances and only in this exception, refunds will be issued
