About Create your own Leather Handbag
This workshop is designed for beginners-intermediate who would like to make a personalised leather handbag.
You will learn how to make a simple pattern based on the sample and use this as a template to cut into your leather. You will then construct the bag using the traditional method with a prickling iron to make holes for saddle stitching, then secure rivets and magnetic closures, and finally burnish the edges to create a professional finish.
