The VeloPark is a fantastic place for this team event with a fast and traffic free circuit in the shadow of the London 2012 Velodrome. Each team will be made of 3 team members.
Each team member completes a 2mile run, 6mile cycle and 1mile run before handing over to the next team member.
The event will be chip timed and your timing chip is the relay-baton. Each team will get an overall time as well an individual lap splits. Podium medals for top 3 teams in each TEAM category.
On-site facilities include toilets/showers, free parking, cafe inside overlooking the Velodrome boards. The VeloPark has plenty of space for spectators on the Velodrome viewing balcony and on the pedestrian walkway crossing circuit.

NOTE: This is an adult event and you need to be 15 or over to take part. Also if you have difficulties getting a bike to the venue you can hire one from the VeloPark.

TEAM FORMATS: 
Mixed team (any combination so long as mixed gender)
Male team (3 members)
Female Team (3 members)

DISTANCES: Each team member completes a 2mi run/6mi bike/1mi run before handing to the next team member.
The event will start at 09:30 am and registration will open at 08:45 am.
Presentations will take place at 12:30 pm or when the last team finished, whichever is the later.
