About National Chinese Music Competition 2018 Prize Winners’ Concert

Organised by the SCO and supported by the National Arts Council, the 11th edition of the National Chinese Music Competition is a platform that celebrates excellence in traditional Chinese Music. This biennial competition aims to develop the performing skills of young musicians and identify promising new talents. Winners will perform with SCO at the Prize Winners’ Concert.

由新加坡华乐团主办及国家艺术理事会与文化、社区及青年部鼎力支持的第十一届全国华乐比赛宗旨为展现杰出的华乐。这两年一度的比赛提供一个让年轻音乐家们互相切磋才艺的平台，培养他们的演奏技术及从中发掘出有潜力的华乐表演人才。比赛的获奖者将在获奖者音乐会上与新加坡华乐团同台演出。
