Join professional dancers, Jackie Adkins and Rebecca Marta D'andrea in this improvisational dance workshop, exploring new ways to experience your body in time and space.
What to expect
Rebecca will use improvisational scores to explore the role of perception in shaping and being shaped by our environment, while Jackie’s focus will be a detailed investigation of our skeletal anatomy as a way of accessing greater freedom in movement using the Feldenkrais Method.
No experience necessary, just an openness to explore movement creatively.
