Our Course is unique:
– pick and choose a content;
– add credit hours for another course;
– train for Continuous Education or;
– complete all modules and receive credentials for teaching.

Teachers we encourage you to take any Modules to complete previous courses, and/or the unique in Dubai Module 4 on Teaching Methodology based on Neuroscience research and Learning Capabilities to enhance teaching skills.

All modules are open to all yogins willing to refine their practice, yoga scholars wanting to learn, aspiring teachers, or yoga teachers serious about diversifying their skills, knowledge and experience.

Each module has practice, theory, assignments and presentation; is a stand-alone study course; a credit hour plan towards a 200hrs course or Continuous Education.

Only completion of all four modules (theory, technical, practice, teaching methodology) entitles you to a Yoga Alliance 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

Module 1: Foundations of Vinyasa (65hrs)

Vinyasa Immersion: practice, theory and philosophical roots of the Vinyasa System (Asana, Anatomy, Pranayama; Bandhas; Schools, Mantras, Dhyana, Contemporary Evolution; Patanjali Yoga Sutra)

Module 2: Traditional Yoga Schools (65hrs)

Traditional Yoga Immersion: practice, essential anatomy, theory, and sadhana fundamentals from various schools to lead asana sequences for beginners and intermediate levels, with respective modifications and adjustments. An enriching module to instill further research and progressive practice (Asanas, Sun salutations, Anatomical description of Asana, Schools of Yoga (Bihar School of Yoga, Iyengar, Traditional Hatha, Kundalini, Jivamukti, Anusara, Sivananda).

Module 3: Roots of Yoga

Philosophy, Prana and Yogi Sciences (45hrs)

A 45hrs module in 3 sub-modules on the behind the scenes of Yoga: philosophical roots; Prana and therapeutic science (Yoga Vygian)

1. Yoga Darshan: Philosophy, Tradition and Evolution (15hrs)

Vedas, Yoga tradition and evolution, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Vedanta and the Upanishads.

2. Yogi Science, Prana and Kryas (15hrs)

Essential anatomy and physiology of the human body. Panchprana, yogi vygian (science) and its connection to yoga practice meditation, pranayama and Kryas

3. Science of Breathing: Pranayama (15hrs)

Pranayama essentials as applied to Asana classes; anatomy and physiology of breathing; essential pranayama techniques; an enriching module on Prana, brain waves and body and mind energy system.

Module 4: Methodology for Teaching Yoga

Inter – Personal and Communication Skills for Yoga Teachers (25hrs)

A module entirely dedicated to learn to teach so that leaning occurs. Inter-personal and communication skills for yoga teachers to learn to teach effectively, with impact, and based on others learning styles to maximize learning and stimulate self-observation of yoga practice.
